The PSU’s dedicated fundraising team are well equipped to support you and your organisation in building tailored partnerships to meet your strategic objectives. You will receive:
As a small but expanding charity, all the support we receive has a real impact on people facing court alone. The support of the legal profession is hugely important to the PSU. We are very grateful to the solicitors’ firms, barristers’ chambers, law schools and universities and professional organisations who donate to us. Get in touch with email@example.com, or call Liana Telvi on 0207947 6358 to discuss further.
Become a PSU Partner
The PSU Partners are a new network of legal organisations that pledge their support to tackle the injustice and distress that the most vulnerable in society experience in the court system. In return for a yearly donation of £1,000, PSU Partners make a big impact for disadvantaged people within our communities at a very difficult time in their lives. In return they receive:
“The PSU have provided an excellent service to Solicitor’s firms and clients alike in maintaining the best service available and we have no hesitation in endorsing the superb work of the PSU”
Access to our justice system should be for everybody and not just those who can afford it. This is a corner-stone of our justice system. The PSU provide everyday people with the confidence and ability to navigate this system. They help people keep their houses. They help parents see their children. They help to make the English Legal system work.
The PSU service is simple but effective. I've seen first-hand the difference a PSU volunteer makes. Trained volunteers taking the time to listen and to support the client's individual needs has a real impact on the life of the client.
Having a PSU volunteer in Court hugely assists in aiding vulnerable Court users in their understanding of the complex legal system and its processes, empowering them, helping them to feel less disadvantaged, reducing the prospects of disrupting the process and assisting in facilitating that party to engage effectively in the dispute.
